Reservation Policies
- One child up to 5 years old in the same room as their parents is free; Two children up to 5 years old will be charged for 1 child.
- We charge R$5.00 per day in Tourism Contribution and 5% VAT
- The reservation will be confirmed upon prepayment corresponding to 50% of the total daily rate
- At Check-in, the balance for accommodation will be charged.
- At check-out, only extras (drinks, minibar, restaurant, taxes, etc.) will be charged.
- Check-in time: 14:00 and check-out time: 12h; these times must be respected;
- We charge a 10% service fee;
- The indicated rates may change without prior notice.
Reservation Policy and Cancellation Rules
- For holiday periods Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival and Easter packages, as well as the high season months, December, January, February and March, there will be no refunds.
- In these cases, if the total period is resold, we will offer an accommodation voucher to be used in *ow season periods (except holidays), corresponding to the amount previously paid.
- When the price for the rescheduling date exceeds the amount already paid, the guest must pay the difference in their voucher at check-in. And when the price on the rescheduled date is lower than the amount already paid, there is no refund.
- In other periods, if a cancellation is requested at least 30 days before the arrival date, 70% of the amount already paid will be refunded, upon written request (via email).
- Less time than 30 days up to 8 days before booking, if the total period is resold, we will offer an accommodation voucher to be used in *low season periods (except holidays)*, corresponding to the amount previously paid.When the price for the rescheduling date exceeds the amount already paid, the guest must pay the difference in their voucher at check-in. - In case of cancellation with a period equal to or less than 07 days before the arrival date, it will be considered a no-show, and therefore, there will be no refund of amounts already paid.
- If the guest leaves the hotel before the expected end of the accommodation contract, it will be considered a breach of contract and, therefore, there will be no refund of amounts already paid.
- Intermediary travel agency guarantees “no-show” for the agreed period.
